do you wanna be in a newspaper?

it's 4 easy steps:
1. take a picture of yourself naked
2. package shot plus logo
3.save it in a printable format.
4.send it to paper.
Easy isn't it?

"This guy created a fake ad for Gucci using a photo of himself, and asked the Swiss weekly SonntagsZeitung to run it, which it did. He also told the paper to send the $50,000 bill to Gucci, which it did. Now the paper is trying to find the guy, which it can't."

PHOENIX (AP) -- Sky Harbor International Airport became the country's first to begin testing a controversial new federal screening system that takes X-rays of passenger's bodies in an effort to find concealed explosives and other weapons.
The Phoenix airport started testing the new technology on Friday. It can see through people's clothes and show the body's contours with blush-inducing clarity.

branding romania

fabulospirit?
"O noua imagine a Romaniei a prins viata in Departamentul de comunicare al Ministerului Afacerilor Externe, paralela cu „brandul de tara“ la care Agentia pentru Strategii Guvernamentale lucreaza de doi ani. Campania mizeaza pe cuvintul inventatFabulospirit“, pentru ca ministerul nu a identificat nici o alta trasatura pur romaneasca. "
3 mil euros campaign to repair romania's image.I'm really looking forward to this campaign.
I just don't get it.
I mean it is difficult to brand romania but fabulospirit?
Do you feel the fabulospirit? What does it mean?

dacia me and nobody else in the world

For those who don't know, Vlad Nanca's latest project is about dacia.
There is another romanian artist who made a video in 2003 about dacia 1300.
Well, the second one stefan constantinescu wrote a letter in which he says that he was the first to take the subject and that he thinks" it's dangerous that somebody is trying to impose a monopol on the subject (dacia) forging the art history for personal purposes"
oh dear...
well i don't think nanca tried to impose a monopol so dear stefan constantinescu what would you say if i'm starting my own project about dacia? called dacia me and nobody else in the world

WARNING cars and houses crossing

I thought road signs should be simple as in easy to read.
This one reads end of 20km/h restriction.
Restriction due to cars houses kids playing and people crossing? Or cars and houses crossing? Or?
Puzzeling.

3 is more or less?

I had no idea that beginner drivers have different levels.
But i wonder if this one is at the begining of the begining or at the end of the begining.
He has 3 signs.2 in the back of the car.1 in front.
Puzzeling.

identity 2.0

One of the things we need to rethink besides copyright, authorship, ethics, aestetics, rethorics, governance, privacy, commerce, love, family, is IDENTITY.
The concept of digital identity and how it's evolving.
The video is 15 minutes but the presentation is dynamic and worth watching.

it's just a plant

this is way tooo good.

It's Just a Plant is an illustrated children's book about marijuana. It follows the journey of a young girl as she learns about the plant from a diverse cast of characters including her parents, a local farmer, a doctor, and a police officer.

-"Marijuana,'' said Dr. Eden,''is used for many reasons. Like many plants, it can be a medicine or a drug. It can heal pain, it helps some people relax, and it calms the stomach and helps many others eat when they need to.''
-''Will it help me if I use it?'' asked Jackie.
-''No,'' said the doctor. ''Marijuana is for adults who can use it responsibly. It gives some people joy, but like many things, it can be used too much. I don’t recommend it for everyone. It is a strong medicine - not healthy for you right now. I know you understand that there are some things that are okay for an adult, but definitely not for children.''

I wish I saw Bill Gates's face

when Traian Basescu said that:
"Piracy helped the young generation discover computers. It set off the development of the IT industry in Romania,"
"It helped Romanians improve their creative capacity in the IT industry, which has become famous around the world ... Ten years ago, it was an investment in Romania's friendship with Microsoft and with Bill Gates."

Took 1.5 months to get here.Because the shop doesn't deliver in RO.So i had to follow a very complicated path.
Finally it's here. While i was waiting for it i found out that nooka means future is now.Great.
I like the watch. The rubber band is easy to unlock. Not a classic system but smart and simple.
And it feels comfy.
